Delhi Airport facing Check-in Baggage Troubles on transition to Terminal 1<\/h2>\n

This morning, Delhi Airport shut down Terminal 2 (hopefully for good this time) and transitioned all operations to Terminal 1<\/a>. This now seems problematic, with airlines and passengers facing trouble on arrival at Terminal 1.<\/p>\n

Delhi Terminal 1 faces issues with check-in.<\/h3>\n

Delhi Airport\u2019s Terminal 1 briefly experienced a technical issue during check-in on Tuesday. The glitch also happened on a day when, as mentioned above, all operations from Terminal 2 were shifted to Terminal 1.<\/p>\n

This issue did not have to do with passenger check-in but with bags not being properly checked in due to some issue with the conveyor belts.<\/p>\n

If you are travelling through Delhi Terminal 1 today, it will work best to build extra time at the airport to navigate day 1 chaos.<\/p>\n

Bottomline<\/h3>\n

Delhi Airport Terminal 1 had issues with check-in baggage, which seem to be resolved now. But if you are flying from Delhi, then make sure to bank extra time on your travels out of there today. IndiGo, SpiceJet and Akasa operate from Terminal 1, Delhi<\/p>\n
