Furthermore, these components play a crucial role in promoting the adoption of green building codes for climate-resilient, sustainable, and inclusive housing, as announced by <strong><b>UNOPS<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0recently.<\/p>\n<p>With <strong><b>Pakistan\u2019s<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0rapid <strong><b>urbanization<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0and <strong><b>construction<\/b><\/strong> growth, particularly in housing, UNOPS predicts the urban population to increase from <strong><b>37%<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0in <strong><b>2020<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0to <strong><b>60%<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0by <strong><b>2050<\/b><\/strong>.
