At Mad City Dream Homes, we have five team philosophies that help us thrive as individual agents within the support structure of the larger team. Here’s a look at the philosophies that guide each of us toward a productive and sustainable career in real estate<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

1) Ask for help, and offer help<\/h3>\n

We constantly encounter new situations in the field of real estate, so it’s important that we seek advice from team members when the path forward is unclear. Just as important is asking for help when our workload is too much for us to handle on our own. Helping each other navigate our day-to-day challenges is key to all of us enjoying prosperous and rewarding careers.<\/p>\n

2) No hierarchy, and no egos<\/h3>\n

Regardless of our age and experience, we’re all full-time professionals with unique abilities and interests. We all have something to offer each other and learn from one another. No one on the team is above or below anyone else.<\/p>\n

3) Self direction and autonomy<\/h3>\n

We all have the freedom to lean into our unique skills and interests and carve out our individual approach to real estate. Along with this freedom comes self-motivation \u2014 we bring our own initiative to our careers and do the work that’s required of us.<\/p>\n

4) Professionalism and follow through<\/h3>\n

We always strive to do the right thing in service to our clients \u2014 being honest, responsive, and giving each client our very best. We hold ourselves to the same standard with our team members, too.<\/p>\n

5) No micro-managing<\/h3>\n

We’re here to support each other, not monitor each other. When everyone on the team has high standards and is self-motivated, there’s no need for oversight. Micro-management isn’t productive \u2014 and to be honest, we all have better things to do with our time.\u00a0<\/p>\n
