To put learning into practice, it provides agents with a structure of support to engage in 10 real estate conversations per day for four months. The final goal? Nine signed buyer, listing, or purchase agreements in 120 days, and a rock-solid foundation for career success.<\/strong><\/p>\n So why nine agreements? While numbers differ market to market, on average, 27 signed agreements a year \u2014 or nine every four months \u2014 translates to the income goal set by most agents aiming for a consistent income in real estate.<\/p>\n It turns out, nine is also a magic number for another reason. In more than 85% of all KW\u00ae Market Centers, closing<\/em> nine units a year results in an agent becoming a \u201ccapper,\u201d which means they\u2019ve reached the point in their year when they no longer have to split their commissions with their Market Center. After capping<\/a>, a KW\u00ae agent can keep more of what they earn on each transaction, and that momentum often leads to continued motivation and year-over-year growth.\u00a0<\/p>\n A combination of education, coaching, and real-world application, Breakthrough 120 isn\u2019t just for agents who are new to real estate. KWRI\u2019s Industry and Learning director of training, Robert Bell<\/strong>, explains the program is for any<\/em> agent who currently isn\u2019t producing nine pieces of business every three to four months. That means it\u2019s also ideal for experienced agents who want to ramp up to a new level of production \u2014 and industry veterans who are ready to refresh their approach to lead generation. \u201cIts mission is broad enough to serve experienced agents as well as new ones,\u201d Robert says.<\/p>\n When asked how the program fits into KW\u2019s other education and training offerings, Robert explains, \u201cBreakthrough 120 is the most impactful course in the KWU curriculum, covering the essential activities for making a consistent income in real estate.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n The course also addresses the needs of agents who may not be located close to a KW\u00ae Market Center or able to attend the course in person. Comprehensive program materials for self-paced study<\/strong> are available through KW Connect<\/a> 24\/7, and additional online experiences are planned for upcoming release.<\/p>\n Breakthrough 120 is a two-part program. Part 1, The Foundation,<\/strong> consists of five, four-hour classes that build the core knowledge and skills agents need to ramp up production \u2014 fast<\/em>. The streamlined in-person format means the course fits into a single week, with time remaining each day to ensure agents can tend to their active business. That\u2019s great news for those who want to step up production (and earnings) in the least amount of time possible.<\/p>\n The first part of the curriculum covers fundamentals that fit today\u2019s marketplace and technology. It introduces fresh lessons on database management<\/strong> (Day 1), lead follow-up techniques<\/strong> (Day 2), seller and buyer appointments <\/strong>(Day 3), open house best practices<\/strong> (Day 4), and social media marketing<\/strong> (Day 5). Mindset training<\/strong> is core to each segment, with a focus on helping agents move through fear and build confidence. After completing the first part of the course, agents are invited to join a group huddle<\/strong>, every day for four months, to get guidance, perspective, and support from coaches and their peers to stay on track to meet their goals.<\/p>\n Each week of Part 2 includes a guiding inspirational theme<\/strong> and focusing affirmations. Daily group huddles build on Foundation sessions and cover progress reporting, timely market topics, role play exercises, and lead generation activities.<\/strong> Led by a Market Center Productivity Coach, the structured schedule helps participants establish a daily rhythm for productivity, while also giving coaches insight into agents\u2019 progress and opportunities to reinforce lessons from the curriculum.<\/p>\n Robert says Part 2 differs from Part 1 in that it\u2019s less about training, more about coaching. \u201cIt\u2019s equivalent to a coaching program that you graduate into to keep you on track with your goals,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n Program materials include success tracking worksheets for recording database information, real estate conversations, and social media activities, plus reflections on challenges and daily wins <\/strong>that help participants recognize their progress and prepare for the following day.<\/p>\n In-person huddles typically last between three to four hours, and are conducted as active working sessions. As an alternative, agents can also choose to join a weekly 30-40 minute Productivity Huddle<\/strong> via Zoom, led by a master KW MAPS coach. The digital experience includes access to an online practice and accountability community hosted in Circle.<\/strong><\/p>\n Breakthrough 120 is a program that keeps on giving. At the end of the first 120 days, participants can immediately start on another 120-day cycle with the goal of doing the same or better. \u201cThe program is there to get \u2014 and keep \u2014 you on track,\u201d Robert says, \u201cbecause an agent who\u2019s able to consistently produce at that level (or higher) throughout the year will find extraordinary success in real estate.\u201d<\/p>\n In addition to the Foundation and Practice sessions in Parts 1 and 2, KW\u00ae agents have access to more than 100 hours of masterclass-style recordings<\/a> featuring Jason Abrams, <\/strong>KWRI\u2019s chief Industry and Strategy officer. Content includes 20 bite-sized motivational segments based on Gary Keller\u2019s Quantum Leap<\/a>, a program designed to help agents achieve a more abundant and purposeful life.<\/p>\n Available on-demand through KW Connect, agents can watch video content at their own pace, while Market Centers can select relevant videos to incorporate into their in-person BT120 curriculum.<\/p>\n Gary Keller<\/a>, Jason Abrams<\/a>, and KW MAPS Coach Jeanne Osness<\/a> served as the primary subject matter experts for the creation of the Breakthrough 120 curriculum, while the KWU instructional design team consulted with Market Centers and trainers to arrive at the final curriculum. The activity-driven training and accountability<\/strong> make it unlike any other class in the KWU lineup, Robert says, and it serves as a launchpad for programs like Onward BOLD<\/a>.<\/p>\n Of course, outcomes are the best measure of a program\u2019s value, and Breakthrough 120 measures up. The course was first piloted with 12 KW\u00ae Market Centers in the fall of 2025, to phenomenal results.\u00a0<\/p>\n Assistant Team Leader and KWU Faculty Member Brittany Kaizar<\/strong> of Keller Williams\u00ae Realty Cherry Hill in New Jersey led one of the first cohorts to pilot Part 1 of the program. In following up with participants a month later, the 34 agents who reported on their progress had signed 115 agreements, including new listing, buyer, and pending contracts. That\u2019s an average of 3.4 agreements in the first month of a four-month period.<\/p>\n One participant who had just recently moved to the area and received her real estate license two weeks before taking the course reported having six buyer agency contracts signed and two deals under contract \u2014 all within her very first month in the industry<\/em>.<\/p>\n The value of BT120 extends beyond individual agents. The Cherry Hill Market Center saw a significant year-over-year increase in the month it piloted the program, with 302 contracts written in December 2025, compared with 180 in December of the prior year.
