The batter will be liquidy. (Don&#8217;t worry, you didn&#8217;t do anything wrong. It&#8217;s supposed to be that way.)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-21725-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\">\n<p><span style=\"display: block;\">Fill cupcake liners just over 1\/2 full.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-21725-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\">\n<p><span style=\"display: block;\">Bake for 14 minutes and then test to see if they are done. They are done when a toothpick comes out without wet batter stuck to it. If they are not done, test again in two minutes. If they are still not done, test again in another two minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-21725-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\">\n<p><span style=\"display: block;\">When the cupcakes are done, remove them immediately from the tins and leave them on a cooling rack (or just on your counter if you don\u2019t own a cooling rack) to cool.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\">\n<h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\"><span id=\"Baileys_Frosting_Instructions\">Baileys Frosting Instructions<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\">\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-21725-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\">\n<p><span style=\"display: block;\">Beat butter on high speed with an electric mixer for about three minutes until light and airy.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-21725-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\">\n<p><span style=\"display: block;\">Mix in powdered sugar a little bit at a time.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-21725-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\">\n<p><span style=\"display: block;\">Add Kahlua, Irish Cream, and salt and continue to beat for another minute.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-21725-step-1-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\">\n<p><span style=\"display: block;\">Pipe frosting onto cooled cupcakes. Optionally drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with chocolate shavings.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-notes-container wprm-block-text-normal\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-notes\">\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Use cake flour for a lighter crumb.<\/li>\n<li>Be careful not to over-mix the batter.<\/li>\n<li>Use room temperature ingredients \u2013 everything will mix together more smoothly that way.<\/li>\n<li>Because everyone\u2019s oven is just a bit different and your liners may be a slightly different size than mine, I highly recommend that you bake a test cupcake before baking your whole batch of cupcakes. Fill one liner halfway and see how much it rises during the bake.<\/li>\n<li>I keep cooled, frosted cupcakes in large Tupperware-style containers.\u00a0<em>Food safety experts recommend that cupcakes with whipped cream, buttercream, cream cheese, or ganache frostings should be refrigerated.<\/em>\u00a0While I always keep cupcakes frosted with whipped cream or ganache in the refrigerator, I often keep my buttercream and cream cheese cupcakes on the counter. Do so at your own risk.<\/li>\n<li><strong>If you know you\u2019ll need to store your cupcakes for more than 3-4 days, these cupcakes can be frozen without a problem<\/strong>. Be sure to store the cupcakes in an airtight container to avoid freezer burn.<\/li>\n<li>Always return refrigerated or frozen cupcakes to room temperature before serving.<\/li>\n<li>Double the amount
