Who needs a crouton when you’ve got a tortilla? These Chicken Caesar Tacos take everything you love about the classic salad and wrap it up in a handheld flavor bomb. Juicy chicken, kissed with our Legendary Chicken Rub, meets crisp romaine, zesty Caesar dressing, and a sprinkle of Parmesan—all tucked into a warm tortilla. It’s a little fancy, a little messy, and 100% delicious.
Ingredients
6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
2 bottles Caesar Dressing
1 pack Romaine Lettuce
1 bag Caesar Croutons
1 pack Parmasean Cheese
Corn/Flour Tortillas
Legendary Chicken
Directions
Marinate the chicken thighs in the caesar dressing and ¼ cup of Legendary Chicken for at least 2 hours.
Preheat grill/smoker to 400 degrees.
Take chicken out of marinade and re-season with Legendary Chicken.
Add to grill/smoker and cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping half way through. It is very important to reach an internal temperature of 180 degrees.
While chicken is cooking, chop up romaine lettuce to small pieces, mix in ceasar dressing to bring the romaine to a salad consistency. Crunch up the croutons to smaller pieces to fit on a taco.
Once chicken is cooked, dice into small chunks.
Warm up tortillas on the grill/smoker. Add the chicken, lettuce mixture, parmesan cheese and crouton crumble on top. Take a big bite and enjoy!!
