To combat poor hand hygiene in Indian schools, ITC Savlon introduced ‘Healthy Hands Chalk Sticks’ infused with soap. When children washed the chalk dust off their hands, it turned into soap lather, encouraging regular handwashing. This initiative reached 100 schools across 22 cities, leading to a partnership distributing the chalks to over 1 million children daily.
