- The median sales price for 2nd quarter in Boca Raton dropped to $505,000 from 1st qtr reported at $537,000.
- In addition, you can see where particular price points had the most Buyers; the $500,000-$600,000 range and the $350,000-$400,000 range and the luxury buyer of $1,000,000+.
