RAISE A TOAST TO MONIN THIS SPRING


RHUBARB AND TOASTED MARSHMALLOW JOIN THE SYRUP FAMILY

Perfect for the current nostalgia trend in drinks, MONIN’s Toasted Marshmallow syrup is the perfect reminder of indulgent s’mores – a deliciously decadent way to upgrade a hot or iced chocolate, latte, mocha or frappé – or even cocktails. Now baristas and bartenders can use their creativity to fashion incredible serves with this versatile syrup.

Recommended serve: Toasted Marshmallow Iced Chocolate

  • 20 ml MONIN Toasted Marshmallow syrup
  • 30 g chocolate powder
  • 150 ml milk of choice
  • Glass of ice

Add the milk and chocolate powder to a steaming jug and heat until combined but not hot. Add the syrup and  chocolate milk to a tall glass with ice and stir to combine. Optionally, top with whipped cream and a toasted marshmallow.

April marks the start of Rhubarb season! The much-loved British staple adds a familiar yet innovative flavour to cocktails, mocktails, lemonades, iced teas and frappés. MONIN’s Rhubarb syrup is a rich jewel colour, giving stunning visual appeal to any beverage, making it a must-have for bartenders this summer.

Recommended serve: Rhubarb Spritz

  • 20 ml MONIN Rhubarb syrup
  • 120 ml sparkling white wine
  • 60 ml soda water

Add all ingredients to a large wine glass filled with ice and churn lightly to combine. Garnish with a lemon slice and a mint sprig.

Both syrups use natural flavourings and colourings and are allergen-free and vegan friendly.
