Ringo is a 7 year old male Sarplaninac Cross under the care of Azil Danica (Network for Animals Bosnia).
He is a gentle giant with a heart even bigger than his size. Calm, stable, and shy by nature, he has spent his entire life in the shelter. Once, he was adopted to guard a house but was returned because he did not bark — he was simply too calm. Imagine that.
Yesterday, for the first time in his life, Ringo discovered toys and started to play. They took away his childhood and his youth, but he still believes in kindness.
He is wonderful with children, completely non-reactive towards other dogs and cats, and simply wants peace, warmth, and a place to finally rest his head in a home of his own.
