In 2024, with a deeper understanding of life and his own potential and a motivation from Burna Boy’s I Told Them Tour with Phyno and Odumodu, Zynovox made a triumphant return to the rap scene.
His comeback wasn’t without hurdles. After encountering dishonesty from industry insiders—receiving stolen beats, getting scammed by “supposed” record labels and enduring failed collaborations—Zynovox took decisive action. He remade his debut single, “Glory Bound“, with integrity, obtaining approval from the original producer to ensure his music reflected his true artistry. This moment of clarity and resolve marked a turning point in his career, setting the stage for a new era of honest, hard-hitting rap.
Zynovox’s sound is a dynamic blend of Afrobeat-infused rap, gritty urban narratives, and soulful R&B elements. His lyrics, deeply rooted in personal experience, explore themes of struggle, perseverance, love, and self-belief. “Every challenge I faced pushed me to refine my craft,” Zynovox explains. “My music isn’t just beats and rhymes—it’s my story, and I want it to empower others to rise above their obstacles.”
