As I was preparing (meditating) for my radio interview with Eluv Music last week on WMNF Community Radio, I asked what animal had messages for me to share for everyone’s highest good. A beautiful Cardinal appeared, this is what he said:
. Wear color – especially red, for your root chakra.
. Eat nutritious foods.
. Help others.
. Go to nature, if possible – notice all that’s around you.
. Listen and trust your intuition.
. Open your heart for self love.
. Rest when you need to.
. Call on us anytime to help you bring color and health your way.
