We are partnering with MO Museum in 2025 to support its growth and offer our team members enriching leisure opportunities. This idea was sparked by our team’s wonderful experience with its tours and events.
Hostinger employs more than 900 team members worldwide, with over 400 professionals in Lithuania. This year, we plan to add over 200 new positions, further expanding our global team.
“Our work requires a lot of speed, concentration, and creativity. New experiences help develop these qualities,” says Hostinger’s CEO, Daugirdas Jankus. “Our team has already tried various exhibitions and activities at MO Museum that help us build relationships and discover new perspectives that are inseparable from innovation. That’s why we decided to strengthen our collaboration with MO Museum and give the team even more opportunities to be inspired and discover new ideas.”
Milda Ivanauskienė, Head of MO Museum, notes a growing trend among businesses and tech companies that recognize art and culture as engaging and educational for their teams. She says that employees increasingly visit museums to seek inspiration, expand their creative thinking, and explore new perspectives in a stimulating environment – an approach valued by talents across generations and sectors.
“Partnering with Hostinger is an excellent way to start the new year following a successful 2024. Last year, we opened the MO Museum exhibition at the Pompidou Centre in Paris and launched the unconventional exhibition “From the Inside” in Vilnius dedicated to emotional health,” says Milda. “Hostinger is the first technology partner of this scale to support MO Museum. This is a testament to the global trend that art and culture can provide meaningful leisure time and help teams develop creativity and critical thinking in a different way. The partnership will not only help us grow our activities but also allow us to understand the expectations of IT talent better.”
