I’ve been hooked on Traeger grills for so many years that I lost count. I was reminiscing about this amazing weekend we had in Wyoming a year or so ago. I took the tailgater on a road trip. I made a couple cowboy steaks for the family to enjoy. The touch of smoke and sear that this grill produces is outstanding. I seasoned the steaks with our Texas Beef Rub.
