“This gathering is one of the highlights of the conference because we get to celebrate each other and celebrate how RE/MAX is always giving back to the community,” said Colleen Collier, an agent with RE/MAX Plus in Buffalo, New York, who has made CMN Hospitals a mainstay of her real estate business for over a decade.
Collier was joined by Sia Dimaggio, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Real Estate Professionals in Brooklyn, New York, who is a proud supporter of the charitable program, too.
“I send Honor Cards out to my clients after we close a transaction, and I always get calls from people thanking me for making the donation to our local CMN Hospital on their behalf,” Dimaggio says.
What’s great: When RE/MAX affiliates make a donation to CMN Hospitals, the money supports the local children’s hospital.
“It’s so important to support nonprofits and keep the money local. CMN Hospitals is such an important cause because everyone knows someone whose child has been treated there,” said Carli Amlin, a team leader with RE/MAX Alliance – Team Amlin Advantage in Dayton, Ohio.
The excitement for supporting CMN Hospitals doesn’t stop when R4 ends. All year – and especially during the RE/MAX Month of Miracles each August and Global RE/MAX Week each October – affiliates find new, creative ways to give back.
After all, being a RE/MAX affiliate and having a deep care for the wellbeing of the community go hand in hand.
