Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350°F.

Unroll cinnamon rolls and set aside frosting. Place rolls in pan.

Pour heavy cream evenly over the rolls in the pan.

Stir melted butter and brown sugar in a small bowl. Spoon over cinnamon rolls.

Cover pan with foil. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until cinnamon rolls are baked through. Spread with icing. Serve hot.
