Remystify is a showcase for local artist DJ Nature who will be collaborating with New York City’s Chances with Wolves spinning tracks. From 2:00-8:00 pm, the Bauman’s on Oak team, led by Chef Daniel Green, plus some culinary friends, will be slinging pizza by the slice to the beat of DJ Nature’s tunes.
James Beard award-winning author and bartender, Jim Meehan, will be preparing special Spring cocktails made with those amazing on their own Bauman’s ciders. The pizza, which is only available on special occasions, features seasonal ingredients, hand-pulled cheese, balanced on house-leavened sourdough crust. There will be other bites as well from the Bauman’s kitchen and, of course, the full range of ciders on tap.
