For example, you may admit to making a U-turn without realizing that you are admitting to it. Things can get tricky real fast. In this sense, you are at a disadvantage when you come up against the prosecutor.
The best way to fight back and save money is to have your own lawyer plea bargain on your behalf. If you are facing 5 tickets that carry a total of 10 points, your lawyer might get them all dismissed! If you try to do it on your own, you might have the same success.
