Our Chicken Stir Fry is a tasty fusion of smoky grilled chicken and crisp vegetables, all brought together with bold Asian-inspired flavors. Featuring the unique kick of Lane’s Hot Honey Rub and Pow Pow sauce, this dish is a surefire way to impress your taste buds. Quick to prepare and packed with flavor, it’s your new go-to for an easy yet exciting dinner.
Marinade chicken thighs in ½ cup Lane’s Pow Pow Sauce in food safe container for 1 -4 hours.
Set grill to med-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and season with Lane’s Hot Honey Rub and cook 5-7 minutes per side, until the internal temperature reaches 165-170. Remove and rest. *Optional – while on grill brush more Pow Pow if you want more flavor.
Chop chicken into 1 inch chunks and set to the side.
Stir Fry Veggies
Heat olive oil in a large skillet, large griddle, or wok over high heat. Add the red and yellow peppers, broccoli, snap peas, Hot Honey rub, and carrots and toss. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the vegetables are soft, but still crunchy. (do not sauté)
Set heat to medium and add ⅓ cup of Lane’s Pow Pow sauce. Stir and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat, top with the green onions and sesame seeds, chopped chicken, and serve.
