Athens State University Associate Professor Dr. Katherine Kandalec Holm has been appointed Editor in Chief of Career and Technical Education Research, the flagship journal of the Association for Career and Technical Education Research (ACTER). The announcement was made at ACTER’s annual meeting in December.
A faculty member in Athens State’s Career and Technical Education program for the past eight years, Dr. Holm brings two decades of experience in the field to this prestigious editorial role. Her appointment follows two years of service as the journal’s Associate Editor and extensive leadership experience on both the executive and editorial boards of ACTER, including past service as chair of the editorial board.
Career and Technical Education Research is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal that advances research and practice in career and technical education through the publication of significant studies and theoretical frameworks.
