🏏 Summer has arrived! How do I know? Because there’s a cold wind blowing and I’m wearing a coat in my shed. And also because Test Match Special has returned and I’m listening to cricket while I write this. Lovely. (England currently 36-0…)

⛺️ There was fantastic news yesterday that wild camping will still be allowed on Dartmoor, after the supreme court ruled that a multimillionaire landowner was wrong to ban it on his land.

🌳 The countryside was also in the news with the conviction of the two clowns who chopped down the iconic Sycamore Gap tree for a laugh. My thoughts on this has been my most popular post of the year, by a mile.
