The Development
Conceived by acclaimed Mexico City-based developer Estrategia Urbana, the project has just launched full public sales for the second tower that began on May 6th of this year. The Wavve originally debuted its first phase of sales in January 2024, ushering in a new era of contemporary coastal living in the region.
Construction on the Sunrise Tower is already underway, with completion expected in Q1 2027. The Sunset Tower is scheduled to break ground soon, with delivery anticipated in Q1 2028.

Prices start in the low to mid $200,000s, with property taxes averaging just $300–$500 annually, and HOA fees set at a competitive $0.25 per square foot, making it especially appealing to retirees, second-home buyers, and cross-border commuters.
