The RealDeal did the unprecedented: it interviewed a real estate AI Agent. This was not a conversation by keyboard, this was talking, two-way voice communication – another giant first for the real estate industry.
The South Florida Real Estate Forum session on November 7th was packed to the walls, with more people standing than sitting. The session’s panel consisted of thought leaders in the industry and AI, including Fredrik Eklund, founder of The Eklund Gomes Team, and Giorgi Chigogidze, founder and CEO of Purlin. But the audience did not come to see them. It came to see the industry’s first AI, MAYA, in action, and she did not disappoint.
