Just like all of my weekly meal plans, this week’s free meal plan includes 7 delicious dinners, ideas for breakfastlunch, and snacks, meal-prep ideas and a shopping list. I truly want to help you make home-cooked meals easier!

Tips for this Week’s Meal Plan

  • On Sunday, save leftover salsa chicken and rice. Use that to make quick and easy burritos on Tuesday. Use sour cream, cheese, lettuce, avocado, etc to top the bowls and burritos and use as well for the taco skillet.
  • Use fresh corn to make Instant Pot Corn on the Cob and a Mexican Street Corn Salad.
  • Feel free to use ground beef for the taco skillet since using that for burgers on the 4th.
  • Use zucchini/summer squash for taco skillet and a simple (yet delicious) side for the pasta.
  • Leftover hard boiled eggs from potato salad? Use it to make egg salad for lunch.
  • Leftover corn on the cob? Cut it off the cob and make corn and tomato salad or street corn salad and add that to your 4th of July menu! Yum!
