Anya had her eye on the plot of land on which this wonderful modern house in northern Sweden stands nine years ago, but the deal fell through at that time. Her dream of owning a country home was put on hold indefinitely until the plot recently came back on the market. This time, the current owner took her opportunity to seize this coveted piece of nature, building a beautiful new home on it. The compact, single-story cottage is built entirely from eco-friendly materials and integrates seamlessly with the surrounding environment. It’s a wonderful place to relax year-round, but it’s especially beautiful in winter!
