Mushroom Cheese Puffs


These Mushroom Cheese Puffs are one of those simple snacks that feel a little special without requiring too much effort. Buttery, flaky pastry filled with a savoury mushroom and cheese mixture makes them absolutely irresistible! You can also make it if you are hosting a brunch! The best part is that they come together quite easily, especially if you’re using ready-made puff pastry.

The pizza seasoning and cheese already has salt in it, so please adjust the salt for the filling accordingly.
You can use any cheese that melts. You can also use grated cheese instead of cheese slices. You may need around 1/2 cup of grated cheese for the above recipe.
Though I’ve mentioned 170 C, you can use the standard temp that you use for your regular baking.
