Boise Is Booming. Boise Regional REALTORS® Is Looking for the CEO Who Will Help Shape A Profitable Future for REALTORS®

Some leadership roles come with a desk and a title. This one comes with mountains, rivers, a thriving community, and the chance to work alongside some of the most genuine, hardworking real estate professionals in the country.

The Boise Regional REALTORS® Association (BRR) represents more than 6,000 real estate professionals across the Treasure Valley. The organization is now looking for a Chief Executive Officer who wants to be part of a growing region, build meaningful relationships, and help REALTORS® succeed in one of the most exciting housing markets in America.

This role is about much more than running an association. It is about becoming part of a community, supporting local brokerage and agent success, and helping guide the real estate profession as the Boise region continues to grow.

A Leadership Role at an Important Moment

Boise is experiencing incredible momentum. New residents are arriving, businesses are expanding, and the demand for housing continues to evolve. Like many places across the country, the real estate industry here is navigating changes in technology, consumer expectations, and housing supply.

The next CEO of BRR will help REALTORS® make the most of this moment.

This role calls for someone who enjoys bringing people together. The CEO will work closely with volunteer leaders, broker owners, agents, policymakers, and community organizations to make sure REALTORS® continue to play a trusted role helping people buy and sell homes across the Treasure Valley.

Leadership That Connects With the Community

The CEO of BRR will be a visible presence throughout the Boise region. That means building relationships with local business leaders, civic organizations, housing advocates, and community partners.

REALTORS® are deeply connected to the communities they serve. By supporting BRR’s volunteer leaders and helping them engage in important conversations about housing, growth, and economic development, the CEO will help ensure the real estate profession continues to have a respected voice in shaping the region’s future.

Advocacy will also remain a key part of the role. Working with legislators and policymakers at the local, state, and national levels, the CEO will help champion policies that support homeownership, responsible development, and the real estate professionals who serve consumers every day.

Nurturing Brokerage and Agent Success

At its heart, BRR exists to help real estate professionals succeed.

The CEO will help guide education programs that focus on practical ways agents can grow their businesses, win more listings, and serve their clients better. New agents will benefit from programs designed to help them get their first transactions under their belts faster and build sustainable careers in the industry.

Events, classes, and professional development opportunities will focus on what matters most to working REALTORS®: building skills, growing business, and staying connected to the community.

Leading a Team That Lives to Serve Its Members

Internally, the CEO will lead a dedicated staff team committed to serving BRR’s members

The goal is to continue building a culture rooted in kindness, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The organization is also exploring ways to use technology, including AI and automation, to streamline internal work so staff can spend more time supporting REALTORS® directly.

Sound financial management will remain essential as well. The CEO will guide the association in maintaining strong financial health while identifying thoughtful opportunities to grow revenue and expand services.

A Strong Partnership with Intermountain MLS

One of the most important relationships in this role will be the partnership between BRR and Intermountain MLS.

The next CEO will work closely with the leadership of Intermountain MLS to make sure the association and the MLS are aligned in ways that create real value for brokerages and agents. Together, the organizations can help real estate professionals operate more efficiently, reach more consumers, and build stronger businesses.

Living in Boise

For many leaders considering this opportunity, the lifestyle that comes with living in Boise is just as compelling as the role itself.

The Treasure Valley offers a rare balance of professional opportunity and quality of life. Within minutes of downtown you can be hiking in the foothills, biking along the Boise River Greenbelt, skiing in the winter, or floating the river on a summer afternoon.

Boise has a welcoming, neighborly feel that makes it easy to build relationships and become part of the community. Residents enjoy a vibrant downtown, great restaurants, local wineries and breweries, and a growing arts scene.

Boise State University brings Division I athletics, major concerts, and nationally touring Broadway productions to the city through venues such as Albertsons Stadium and the Morrison Center.

The Leader BRR Is Seeking

The Boise Regional REALTORS® Association is looking for a leader who is approachable, collaborative, and excited to become part of the local community.

The successful candidate will be:

  • A natural relationship builder who communicates well and enjoys working with people
  • A collaborative leader comfortable partnering with volunteer leaders and industry peers
  • A thoughtful strategist who can help guide the association through industry change
  • Financially responsible and experienced managing budgets
  • Passionate about advocacy, professionalism, and supporting homeownership
  • Grounded, respectful, and willing to challenge convention when needed

The CEO will relocate to the Boise region and become actively involved in the community and the real estate profession.

An Opportunity to Make a Real Difference

Opportunities like this do not come along often.

The next CEO of BRR will step into a region full of energy and possibility while working with a group of dedicated real estate professionals who care deeply about their clients and their community.
