Audley Travel is launching its new travel advisor training academy this week, the latest element of the tailormade operator’s “Audley Loves Travel Advisors” activity. Hosted online, completion of the training modules will see travel advisors become accredited Audley Ambassadors.
Audley Ambassadors will receive a sales and marketing toolkit designed to help boost their tailormade business, which includes website banners and logos, sample blog post, press release and social media content templates and an email announcement to send to clients.
Audley Academy graduates will receive exclusive monthly newsletters, sneak peeks of upcoming new destination launches and new unique excursion experiences and product updates and will be eligible for upcoming exclusive Audley FAM trips (limited and by invitation only). They also receive an Audley Academy completion certificate/accreditation and a one-time $100 bonus gift card (can be combined with other Audley advisor incentives).
To mark the launch, the first graduates (completing the training up to May 31) will also receive additional small gifts from Audley and all advisors who graduate by May 5 will be entered to win a 2027 Audley Travel FAM spot – the random winner will be announced on Global Travel Advisor Day on May 6.
Cathy Kusuma Bennis, Vice President/Head of Trade Sales & Partnerships at Audley Travel, North America, says: “US travel advisors are at the heart of our growth, and Audley Academy is designed to give them the tools they need to convert more tailor‑made business, more efficiently. Advisors consistently tell us they want deeper product knowledge, easier access to sales resources, and more opportunities to engage with our specialists — and this program delivers exactly that. We’re excited to invest even further in the trade community and help advisors unlock new revenue across our most in‑demand destinations.”
