Natasha is a Board Certified Entomologist with years of experience across various states and environments.
Natasha’s fascination with creepy crawlies began when her father put a dead horse fly in her hand when she was three years old. She was almost disowned by her mother in middle school for “losing” a pet tarantula in her bedroom. In high school, she was known to sit at the front of the class, doodling in the margins of her notes with a two-striped walkingstick perched on her shirt.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in entomology from the University of Florida with a specialty in urban pest management. She then went to the University of Arkansas, where she completed her Master of Science in entomology, working with a parasite of honey bees.
She worked as a staff entomologist at Cook’s Pest Control in Alabama and as technical director at Braman Termite & Pest Elimination in Massachusetts before coming to Rose.
