This is a large-scale commercial daily chemical production equipment system customized by MICET for a Canadian client, mainly consisting of mixing tanks and storage tanks. The client is primarily engaged in the production of daily chemical products such as detergents and cleaning agents, which requires the equipment to have high standards in corrosion resistance, operational stability, and cleanliness. In the early stage of the project, based on the client’s production process and capacity planning, we designed a comprehensive equipment solution that integrates both production and storage functions.
For the production process, the project is equipped with several 6-ton stainless steel mixing tanks, mainly used for the blending and formulation of chemical raw materials. The tanks are manufactured from high-quality stainless steel, with the interior surfaces finely polished to facilitate easy cleaning and maintenance. The mixing system is custom-designed according to the viscosity and mixing requirements of daily chemical products, enabling multiple raw materials to be blended quickly and evenly, thereby improving overall production efficiency and ensuring product consistency.
For the storage stage, the client purchased multiple 12-ton storage tanks, which include two types: jacketed storage tanks and non-jacketed storage tanks. The jacketed tanks are mainly used for daily chemical raw materials or semi-finished products that require temperature control, allowing heating or insulation through the jacket. The non-jacketed tanks are used for storing daily chemical products or base raw materials at ambient temperature, offering a simpler structure and lower operating cost.
During the manufacturing process, MICET strictly followed industrial equipment standards for welding, polishing, and sealing inspection. Comprehensive quality checks were also conducted before delivery to ensure the equipment’s safety and reliability. The successful completion of this project has helped the client establish a stable and efficient daily chemical production and storage system.
