This is huge news for Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky bourbon fans, as New Riff Distillery in Newport makes the announcement that in 2025 they’ll be available to consumers in all fifty states.
Let that sink in for a moment… all Fifty States… a local Greater Cincinnati distillery. It’s a wonderful time to be a drinker here in Cincy!
The distillery has been working hard over the decade that they’ve been in business, to grow in a very slow and deliberate way. Their current footprint has already expanded to 34 different states along with distribution into the UK, Canada, Ireland, Germany and the Netherlands.
This new phase of growth will see them moving into an additional 16 states:
- Alabama
- Arizona
- Hawaii
- Idaho
- Iowa
- Maine
- Mississippi
- Montana
- Nebraska
- New Mexico
- Oregon
- Utah
- Vermont
- Virginia
- Washington
- Wyoming
Drinkers will see the core lineup from New Riff appearing on shelves with varying timing around the country… and special releases won’t be available everywhere, but it’s about to get really exciting for bourbon lovers and for folks looking to see why the distillery has been turning heads and winning awards since they opened in 2014.
The core lineup, for anyone who isn’t familiar, includes the following:
- Bottled in Bond Bourbon
- Bottled in Bond Rye
- Single Barrel Bourbon
- Single Barrel Rye
- 8-Year Bourbon
- 8-Year Rye
- 6-Year Malted Rye Whiskey
- Wild Gin (Bourbon Barrel Aged)
