I’ve seen it happen with professionals who finally realize they don’t have to wait for permission to advocate for themselves.
Whether I’m working with seniors, entrepreneurs, women, nonprofit leaders, or business professionals, my goal has always been the same: to help people recognize their strengths, communicate with confidence, and create a positive impact.
That’s why I created Power Up, a new professional development series created through my consulting company, Creative Solutions, in collaboration with the Finishing School for Modern Women.
While the Finishing School for Modern Women has always been dedicated to empowering women, the Power Up series is designed for anyone ready to strengthen their professional skills, grow their career or business, and make a greater impact. Everyone is welcome.

The Finishing School for Modern Women, located in Wichita, Kansas, offers classes to help women find their authentic selves, not because we need finishing, but because we’re never finished.
