Key Responsibilities:
• Handling arbitration and dispute resolution matters
• Assisting in insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings under the IBC
• Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal submissions
• Conducting legal research and case analysis
• Representing and assisting clients in arbitration and insolvency-related matters
• Collaborating with the dispute resolution team on ongoing cases
Eligibility & Preference:
• 3–4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Strong experience in Arbitration and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
• Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and case management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
