Original Content Lab & Epic Storyworlds Take on the World with Globe Bros

17 February, 2026 -Epic Storyworlds, sister company of Epic Story Media, has teamed up with Original Content Lab to produce Globe Bros, an animated comedic adventure kids’ series greenlit by TVOkids, Knowledge Network, Radio-Canada, and TFO, with the participation of the Shaw Rocket Fund.
Aimed at kids ages six to nine, this 20 x 11-minute series was co-created by Sean Connolly, CEO Original Content Lab, and award-winning travel writer Heather Greenwood Davis, whose global family travel adventures inspired the series.
“Heather and her family are truly inspiring and we hope this series encourages kids everywhere to be curious about exploring the world around them,” says Connolly. “Even if it’s just the next town, or province!”
Globe Bros is inspired by the actual travel and writings of Heather Greenwood Davis, a Canadian mom who packed up her husband and two young sons and travelled non-stop for a full year, visiting 29 countries on 6 continents. It was a life-changing experience that broadened her sons’ horizons, brought the family closer together, and led to them being named National Geographic Traveler magazine’s Travelers of the Year.
“Travel has been such a powerful force for good in my family’s life. I’m excited to be able to share some of the lessons we’ve learned with other kids and their families,” says Heather.

Globe Bros follows the fun‑loving Parks family on globe‑spanning adventures as they explore new countries and cultures around the world. Guided by the magical Go‑Go‑Globe, a treasured family heirloom, brothers Miles and Kayden lead the charge on thrilling journeys filled with action, discovery, and laughs. Blending humour and heart, Globe Bros offers an engaging co‑viewing experience for the whole family.
The series is currently in pre-production and is slated for delivery in Q1 2027, with award-winning writer David Dias co-developing with Renae J. Ruddock and serving as executive story editor. The series will be produced in Québec with Epic’s Loomi Animation and distributed globally by Epic Story Media.
