Eco Serve Pest Services Partners with Buddy’s Second Chance Rescue to Help Save Local Dogs

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Eco Serve Pest Services hosted a spring fundraiser in partnership with Buddy’s Second Chance Rescue, a Western New York nonprofit dedicated to giving rescue dogs a second chance at life. For six weeks straight, Eco Serve donated $25 for every eco premium and premium plus home plan sold — raising a total of $1,700 to support Buddy’s expanding rescue mission.

In addition to financial support, the partnership deepened when approximately ten Eco Serve team members joined Buddy’s Second Chance Rescue to assist with one of their bi-monthly dog transports. These transports bring rescued dogs from high-kill shelters — in this case, from Georgia — to foster families and adopters in Western New York. The hands-on involvement underscored Eco Serve’s dedication to making a tangible difference beyond donations.

One particularly moving moment came during that transport when Audrey Hall, president of Eco Serve Pest Services, personally welcomed a Lab-Spaniel mix puppy named Eddy off the transport van.

What made it extra special? Eddy was later adopted by Audrey’s parents, giving him the loving home he so desperately needed — and turning the rescue effort into a family affair.

“Partnering with Buddy’s is an incredibly rewarding experience,” said Hall. “As a locally-owned company, we care deeply about the well-being of our community — and that includes the animals that bring so much joy to our lives. We’re proud to contribute to a cause that gives these dogs the second chance they deserve. Eddy now has a very best friend in Theo, our favorite office pup at Eco Serve.”

Buddy’s Second Chance Rescue operates as a foster-based organization and plays a critical role in saving dogs from neglect, homelessness and euthanasia. The organization relies on the compassion and support of the Western New York community.
