Irex by Carl Rackman. I really loved it. Based on fact, its a very intriguing and harrowing story, filled with action, adventure, mystery and murder.

5) A book from a genre that you don’t often read, but you tried it for #RBRT
The Replacement Chronicles by Harper Swan. It’s set in the prehistoric period, a genre I don’t think I’d read before, and it was excellent.

Science Fiction isn’t a genre I normally go for but who knows…

8) What do you enjoy about being part of #RBRT?
Finding new authors and books. In a lot of cases they probably wouldn’t have been on my radar. Also meeting people who have become friends.

It would be interesting to see what Chas Halpern (The Physics of Relationships) comes up with next. I’m always up for another book in Carol Hedges Victorian Detective series and Harriet Steel’s series set in 1940’s Ceylon.

Tears Are Only Water. A thought provoking read.
The Physics of Relationships. A very perceptive and clever novel.
Pride & Pestilence. I love this historical series set in Victorian London.
Bella’s Country Christmas. A delightful story with a lovely twosome in Bella and Jack as well as an engaging cast of well fleshed out characters.
