There are some cheap tickets to Europe for March 2025 from Delhi. Similar fares are available from Mumbai as well.
Delhi Milan for 34 to 36k INR return. I would prefer Etihad for 1k extra as it includes food and hopefully some entertainment (some Etihad planes do not have entertainment)
Delhi Rome for 32-33k Return
Delhi Athens for 32k- you will fly Indigo till Instanbul and Turkish from IST to Athens. Last year this time I had got 24k return ticket from Mumbai to Athens on Kuwait airways. This time not so lucky.
March is a boundary season- end of winter, beginning of summer. You might get some snow if lucky and crowd will still be less.

Same destination in April will cost 5k to 10k more.
If serious you can plan- maybe fly in to Prague and return from Athens. You have 3 months to plan for visa and other things.
