Marriott Bonvoy travelers may be able to pick up elite status faster, thanks to a promotion that earns 1,000 bonus points and one bonus Elite Night Credit each night.
Travelers who are frequent Marriott Bonvoy guests have the opportunity to “Fast-Track Your Status” thanks to a promotion that runs from February 11 to April 28, 2025.
The hospitality giant announced the new promotion available for registration on Monday, January 27, 2025.
Promotion Offers Bonus Elite Night Credits Towards Status
Regardless of their current status, Marriott Bonvoy members can register for the promotion on the company’s website. After registration, stays at participating Marriott properties between February 11 and April 28 will count towards the bonus. For each qualifying stay, travelers will earn 1,000 bonus points per stay, and one bonus Elite Night Credit each night they stay.
Only eligible paid nights booked through “qualifying channels” will earn the bonus points and Elite Night Credits. The channels include Marriott websites, the Marriott mobile app, direct through participating properties, and the Customer Engagement Center. Rates available through most third-party online retailers and select travel agency rates will not earn bonus points and night credits. In addition, stays at vacation club properties and BVLGARI will not qualify for the promotion.
The good news for travelers is that there is no limit to the number of completed eligible paid nights a member can earn bonus points plus Elite Night Credits during the promotional period. If a guest so chose, they could earn an extra night credit every day during the 77-night period. However, only one room at one property per night is counted.
The offer comes after Marriott announced their partnership with MGM Resorts International, which allows guests to book the resort properties in Las Vegas and across the country through Marriott’s channels.
