A U.S.-based SaaS platform designed to streamline the rental process for real estate professionals, landlords, and tenants, Rental Beast is built on a proprietary database of over twelve million rental listings not found on the MLS. The platform provides tools for accessing and syndicating rental inventory, tenant screening, rental applications, and market data–and includes credit reporting, criminal background checks (where available), and eviction history to simplify tenant evaluation. Rental Beast supports professionals with rental-focused education, marketing tools, and resources to build a renter-to-buyer pipeline.
What we like: By augmenting MLS’s for sale inventory with rental listings, Rental Beast enables participating agents and brokers to diversify their businesses and better serve their sellers by knowing what the rental market would net them. Plus, the ability to better serve rental clients, who can/will become buyers.
