The countdown to Sydney Bar Week 2026 continues, and next up eight of Australia’s best Cocktail Fighters are preparing to go head-to-head for one final showdown, with a ticket to Mexico on the line.
On Monday, 14 September, the Espolòn Cocktail Fights – National Finals will take over Oxford Art Factory in Darlinghurst from 7pm–10pm, bringing months of competition down to one night, eight contenders and one champion.
This is it. After months of battles, brilliant cocktails and knockout performances, Australia’s final eight Cocktail Fighters remain standing. Now it’s time for one last showdown to determine who punches their ticket to Mexico.
