“These allegations are entirely false “

Alicia Daniella Fires Back at Neon Adejo Affair Claims

Alicia Daniella, the estranged wife of photographer David Martins, has threatened legal action against anyone who continues to accuse her of having an affair with gospel singer Neon Adejo.

Daniella’s lawyers issued the warning in a statement shared on her Instagram page on Wednesday, August 26, as the controversy surrounding her troubled marriage continues to unfold.

The allegations involving Adejo surfaced after Daniella publicly accused Martins of domestic violence and announced the end of their marriage. Martins denied her allegations and later published alleged private conversations between Daniella and Adejo, questioning the nature of their relationship.

Neon Adejo Reveals Why

Adejo has also denied having an affair with Daniella. In his account of the controversy, the gospel singer said he became involved after Daniella opened up to him about difficulties in her marriage.

Adejo claimed he subsequently provided financial assistance, helped with medical expenses, and supported Daniella and her son during what he described as a difficult period. He maintained that his actions were motivated by concern rather than romantic interest.

Daniella’s lawyers have now directly rejected the infidelity allegations.

They said their client “categorically and unequivocally denies any allegation of an affair or inappropriate relationship with any third party,” insisting that she had not engaged in conduct inconsistent with the values she maintains in her personal life and marriage.

Her legal team also took issue with the publication of alleged private conversations between Daniella and Adejo.

They argued that extracting and circulating private messages, particularly when they are presented without their full context, does not in itself establish wrongdoing.

The lawyers further claimed that Daniella had received messages from members of the public containing what they described as false and defamatory statements about her personal life.

They warned that anyone who continues to publish, repeat or circulate such claims could face legal consequences.

The statement also sought to redirect attention to the original dispute between Daniella and Martins, stressing that the central issue remains her allegations of domestic violence and abuse.

Martins has strongly disputed those allegations, presenting his own account of the marriage and claiming that he was also a victim of abuse. He has separately questioned Daniella’s relationship with Adejo and released alleged conversations as part of his response.

The conflicting accounts have turned the marital dispute into a wider public controversy, with Daniella, Martins and Adejo each presenting markedly different versions of events.

Daniella’s lawyers said she would not participate in what they described as a “parallel narrative war” now that the matter has been taken before the relevant authorities.

They also demanded that people stop publishing or circulating Daniella’s personal information, including information relating to her minor child, without lawful authority or consent.

The legal warning comes as Martins continues to challenge Adejo’s account. On Wednesday, he released additional alleged WhatsApp conversations and questioned aspects of the gospel singer’s explanation.

With the allegations now subject to competing claims and legal proceedings, Daniella’s legal team has made it clear that she intends to leave the matter to the appropriate authorities rather than continue the dispute publicly.
