Thulsa Doom, the major foe in Tides of the Tyrant-King, last appeared in The Age Unconquered story arc, as serialised through Conan the Barbarian (2023 series) #9-12. These issues are collected in Conan the Barbarian Volume 3: The Age Unconquered.

Vultures of Whapeton
Written by Robert E. Howard.

This 1936 prose story introduced readers to Texas gunman Steve Corcoran. The character appears in the prelude issue with a sequel to Vultures of Whapeton. This tale has been reprinted in various places, which you can find out more about here.

After Conan the Barbarian: Tides of the Tyrant-King

It’s unclear exactly what will be come after Conan the Barbarian: Tides of the Tyrant-King. Titan Comics announced at San Diego Comic-Con that a Kull series will launch in 2027. That could possibly launch off the back of Tides of the Tyrant-King, but it’s not currently confirmed.

Collected edition

Conan the Barbarian: Tides of the Tyrant King will be collected in trade paperback. According to Amazon, this will be on 13th April, 2027.
