Accor Plus went through a name and product change last year and recently expanded to the UAE and officially to Japan.
The product is available in several currencies that have quite significantly changed against each other, creating opportunities for those willing to “shop around”.

Accor Plus is now changing the ALL Accor+ Explorer pricing for members who wign up on or after October 1, 2026.
ALL Accor+ Explorer Update Pricing October 1, 2026:
Existing ALL Accor+ Explorer members with automatic renewal enabled will have the old rate honored for their next renewal.
The automatic renewal must be enabled by September 30, 2026, to lock in the current price.

You now need a VPN to get these prices, as Accor Plus uses price discrimination and hides them unless the internet connection appears to be from “within” the country.
Conclusion
I just used the 2-4-1 voucher from this ALL Accor+ Explorer last week at the Fairmont Tokyo, and will use the other one at Fairmont Bangkok next week (quite a value!).
These currencies can move quite a bit within 12 months, which can create challenges if you try to keep prices roughly the same across all markets.
You also have to keep in mind that there is a significant difference between these countries, and perhaps also how much members are willing to pay for their membership.
