old BELL 206 DATA PLATE

Looking for a photo of an early Bell 206A Jetranger data-plate.
Just to settle a question.
For example these are N8560F SN 01 and CF-RBR ( CFRB was a radio station in Toronto) SN # 10
Now …did the data plates just say 01 and 10 or was it a longer number.
I am told later aircraft had longer numbers denoting additional info.
I can honestly say I never spent a lot of time looking at data plates except when picking up a new one. ( i heard someone left with the wrong aircraft from a factory once due to a mistake in the paint shop and the error was not found for some little time. That may be “Aviation Legend” )
Perhaps someone here has access to an older one and would be kind enough to post a photo.
I remember the old C-18 powered A models converted to a B with the C-20 were nice to have on Sling jobs as the airframes were a lot lighter than a 206B or or 206B Jetranger II which grew more and more heavy.
Of course factory pilots talk only of SN. None of this silly registration stuff for them! LOL
