Burgers are awesome, and come in a wonderful variety of types. I’m also a big fan of kimchi, so wanted to pair the two up to make an epic kimchi burger, and went for kale as a bit of green instead of lettuce.

I cooked the burger on the Black Box BBQ Ascua parilla grill over cherry wood to add to the flavour, getting a nice sea, and cooking to medium, then cooked the kale in a pan over the direct heat of the logs in a little coconut oil for a few minutes.

I loaded the kale, then the burger followed by a pile of tasty Vadasz Deli kimchi into a toasted seeded brioche bun. It was all rather delicious
