Many precautions were set into place while homeowners bought and sold homes. While at the same time, continued historic lows in interest rates triggered home buyers with their desire to secure a home mortgage at these low rates. Add to this homeowners who were not so eager to sell their homes and you ended with a tight Seller’s market.
A Seller’s market is when there are not enough homes for sale in the Boca Raton Florida area to meet the needs of prospective home Buyers. Driving up home prices and multiple offers on homes for sale was the result.
