MY REVIEW
While We’re Young, is the perfect contemporary romance book for young teenagers to read. The story is about four friends that have one day off with a whole heap of trouble. YA fans are going to love Grace’s plan. She a right one, her parents believe that Grace has a stomach bug, and is allowed to have the day off, from school. Her best friend Isabel since kindergarten is on her way to see Grace at her house. I would have thought better of Grace who is the student body president at school, with her high-risk plan taking the day off, skipping school, with further more Grace wants Isa Cruz, to skip school too. The plan is getting a bit out of hand, Grace wants to do something extraordinary like to kidnap someone. Really! Well that’s what I call a juicy story! But what can go wrong with Grace’s plan? I for one was glued to this story to see how it unfolded, and I can tell you it had plenty of the OMG moments!

She earned a B.A. in English from the University of Virginia, where she fell in love with writing and completed the first version of What Happens After Midnight, her third young adult novel.
