We were asked by a client to come up with a loft conversion re design of an existing loft space that the client wanted opening up and made into a more useful space without having to conduct any major structural work to an existing large house.
We initially started by conducting a survey of the area then we created the following 2D design for the client based on their needs:
While this was very useful for the client, builders and tradesmen, the client was still not really able to visualise the space to help her to think about important design elements, furniture and fittings.
We then created a full series of 3D visualisations of her exact space including measurements as follows:
