The Apprentice Mentor of the Year award is open to mentors who go above and beyond to support their apprentices in Worcestershire.
Mentors can nominate themselves for the Worcestershire Apprenticeship Mentor of the Year award, but it is expected that they will be nominated by someone else.

To apply for this award the mentor must be active in Worcestershire.
What are judges looking for?
Judges are looking for mentor nominees with an outstanding contribution to the mentoring of apprentices who have helped apprentices build confidence, identify areas for improvement, and develop their skills.
