A composition centering around the idea of a showcase for the Human Adult Band. With three versions of the selection titled “Garbage & th’ Trees”, we are treated to multiple variations of a slow and steady punk styled sounds from a band with a very long tenure. Almost split evenly with live and studio tracks, there is an illumination of the real sound of the band and their vibrant creativity. Slow, Sludgy and saturated with a heavy all in style, the Human Adult Band plays with full force and emotion. There are some comparisons that push forward and the most striking for this listener is the live track “Samantha”. With just a tad bit in the direction of being out of tune, “Samantha” could easily be a Flipper live recording. Other selections travel in multiple paths as the Human Adult Band shows what live controlled mayhem sounds like. With an arsenal of the most damaging sonic armament, the artists trudge forward in a steady collect all pace. Be ready!
